Delivery

We deliver in rapid time as standard. All orders are made to order and delivered to you within 5 working days. 

Need your order faster than that? All our products can be within 3 working days, just choose 'Express delivery' at checkout. Please note this service is only available on orders up to £200. This service costs £9.99 to jump your order to the front of our production queue.

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.

We currently only deliver to the UK.

 

Returns

In the rare event of an issue with your order we will always try to help. As all items are made to order though we can only replace or refund if there is a fault. Please pay particular attention to garment sizing before ordering.

If you do experience an issue with your order please send photos and a description of the problem within 30 days of receipt to support@brilliant.ink and our team will be there to help. 

Cancellation

Because we start work on your orders right away to offer such fast delivery we can't always guarantee an order can be cancelled. If you do need to cancel an order please contact support@brilliant.ink as soon as possible and if we haven't started printing your job we'll issue a full refund.
